Accountability Post Day 13

I know I've mentioned this before, but I'm going to mention it again...water is so important. Our bodies need a lot of it, especially if you work out and live in a dry climate. I need more than 100 ounces a day, and sometimes I just don't drink THAT much water. The last few days, though, I have been chugging it down. There is such a difference in the way I feel throughout the day, especially in the later afternoon. I don't feel the need to snack. I also don't feel the lack of energy---the afternoon slump----that I usually do.
